Who MrGmath is

MrGmath is an online math learning platform available at mrgmath.com. This Privacy Policy explains how MrGmath collects, uses, protects, and shares information when students, parents, guardians, and visitors use the website and connected learning features.

For privacy requests, account data questions, correction requests, export requests, or deletion requests, contact us at support@mrgmath.com.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to the website, students who create or use MrGmath accounts, and parents or guardians who use parent access, support, payment, or account-management features.

MrGmath is built for school-age students with parent or guardian involvement. Parents and guardians should help students use the platform, protect account details, and contact support when they need help reviewing, correcting, exporting, or deleting student information.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use MrGmath. It can include information you provide directly, information created by learning activity, and technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

  • Account and sign-in details, such as phone number, email address, password hash, registration time, registration IP address, login time, login IP address, verification status, terms agreement, and class code when a class code is required.
  • Third-party sign-in details if you choose to continue with a supported sign-in provider, such as your provider account identifier, email address, name details, and whether the provider reports the email as verified.
  • Profile and onboarding details, such as first name, last name, username, avatar image, grade, school, dream job, skills, biography, and parent PIN protection details.
  • Learning records, such as course enrollments, paid or manual access grants, course progress, completed lessons or steps, quiz sessions, quiz answers, quiz results, competition participation, game sessions, game attempts, scores, levels, leaderboards, teams, challenges, streaks, points, stars, XP, coins, badges, quests, and rewards.
  • Notes, tasks, folders, private templates, shared note or task inbox items, and saved share contacts when you use the notes and task tools.
  • Friend and social learning details, such as phone-based friend requests, accepted friend relationships, public profile details used in social features, team membership, and challenge activity.
  • Support and communication details, such as messages you send to support, account identifiers included in a support request, email verification messages, password reset messages, and service emails needed to operate your account.
  • Purchase and access details, such as checkout records, products purchased, payment status, refunds or access changes, and the course or package access connected to an order.
  • Technical and security details, such as cookies, session data, REST security nonces, rate-limit records, device and browser details, server logs, audit logs, error logs, and IP addresses used to protect accounts and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

MrGmath uses information to create and secure accounts, deliver courses, save progress, run quizzes and games, show rewards, support parent dashboards, process purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We also use information to personalize learning features, keep students connected to the right classes, show activity inside parent and student dashboards, maintain leaderboards or challenge features when they are used, and send essential account or service messages.

Cookies, sessions, and technical storage

MrGmath uses cookies and similar technical storage for website login sessions, account security, dashboard access, REST request protection, preferences, cart or checkout features, cache handling, rate limiting, and fraud or abuse prevention.

We do not intentionally add advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools to track users across other websites. Checkout tools may use first-party order attribution cookies or source data around checkout so purchases can be connected to the visit that led to them.

Some hosting, payment, email, cache, or security providers may create technical logs that are necessary for their services to work.

Payments and third-party services

MrGmath may use website platform software, checkout tools, hosting providers, email delivery services, cache services, security services, third-party sign-in providers, and payment processors to operate the platform. These providers only receive information needed for their service role.

When purchases are available, payment details such as card, wallet, or banking credentials are handled by the payment processor. MrGmath keeps order and access information needed to deliver course access, support purchase questions, manage refunds or access changes, and meet recordkeeping needs.

We do not sell personal information.

Children, students, and parents

MrGmath is designed for students learning math with parent or guardian involvement. Parent tools may show student profile details, course progress, quiz activity, game activity, tasks, notes, rewards, and account settings so a parent or guardian can support the student.

Parent PIN protection helps limit access to parent areas. The platform stores a protected version of the PIN rather than the PIN itself. Parents and guardians should keep the PIN private and contact support if they believe account access has been misused.

When information is shared

Information may be shared inside MrGmath features when the feature requires it, such as parent dashboards, student profiles, class access, leaderboards, teams, challenges, friend requests, shared notes or tasks, and support workflows.

Information may also be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, process payments, deliver emails, host the website, secure the service, troubleshoot technical issues, or comply with law, safety, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention requirements.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep account, learning, purchase, and support information for as long as needed to provide the account, deliver learning features, maintain parent access, support purchases, secure the platform, and meet operational or recordkeeping needs.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support@mrgmath.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting on account or student data. Deletion can remove account access, progress, rewards, notes, friend data, and other student records.

Some information may be retained after deletion when needed for security, audit logs, error logs, payment records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or service integrity. Where supported by the platform, some retained records may be deleted or anonymized instead of staying tied to the account.

How we protect information

MrGmath uses account protections such as password hashing, parent PIN hashing, request nonces, rate limits, role and permission checks, audit records, security tooling, and limited access controls to help protect information.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Use a strong password, keep parent PINs private, sign out on shared devices, and contact support quickly if you believe an account or student profile has been accessed without permission.

Policy updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when MrGmath features, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows when the policy was last revised.
