Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how students, parents, and families may use MrGmath courses, quizzes, games, parent tools, paid access, and virtual rewards.

Accounts

Use the right account for learning.

Student accounts, parent access, email or phone login, and social login must be used honestly and kept secure.

Parents

Children use MrGmath with adult permission.

Parents and guardians are responsible for approving, supervising, and managing a child or student account.

Paid access

Paid access can be fixed-term or open-ended.

Access starts after a completed order. Some products have no scheduled expiry; fixed-term products end after their stated days and can be purchased again when available.

Rewards

Points and coins are learning features.

XP, quiz coins, badges, streaks, leaderboard ranks, and rewards have no cash value and may be corrected for errors or abuse.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, buying access, joining a course, using quizzes, games, dashboards, friends, notes, events, challenges, or rewards on MrGmath, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • In these terms, "MrGmath", "we", "us", and "our" mean the MrGmath brand and the team operating mrgmath.com.
  • If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website, create an account, or purchase digital access.

Who May Use MrGmath

MrGmath is built for students, families, and parents using math learning tools for grades 3-6.

  • A child or student may use MrGmath only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the student account, parent dashboard access, purchases, learning activity, and account settings.
  • You must provide accurate registration, login, contact, and grade information when using the service.

Accounts, Login, and Security

Account security matters because MrGmath includes learning progress, paid course access, parent tools, quizzes, games, and rewards.

  • You are responsible for keeping your email, phone number, username, password, social login, and parent PIN secure.
  • Do not share a student account, parent PIN, or paid course access with another family, student, or public group.
  • Tell us quickly if you believe an account, parent PIN, or paid access was used without permission.
  • We may require verification before changing account details, resetting parent access, or acting on account deletion requests.

Learning Services

MrGmath may provide courses, lessons, quizzes, games, live challenges, events, student dashboards, parent dashboards, friends, notes, tasks, messages, badges, streaks, coins, XP, and leaderboards.

  • Available features can differ by account type, grade, course, package, event, purchase, or platform setting.
  • We may improve, replace, pause, or remove a feature, lesson, event, challenge, game, quiz, or reward when needed for learning quality, security, maintenance, or platform operations.
  • MrGmath supports learning, practice, motivation, and family visibility, but it does not guarantee a specific school result, exam grade, or academic outcome.

Refunds

Because MrGmath sells digital course access, payments are not refundable after digital access has been granted or used.

  • We may make an exception for a duplicate payment, a technical access failure caused by MrGmath that we cannot resolve, or a refund required by applicable law.
  • Refund requests must include the account email or phone number, order details, payment date, and a clear description of the issue.
  • A refund, chargeback, cancellation, or payment reversal may remove access to the related course, package, event, quiz package, or digital feature.

Acceptable Use and Student Conduct

MrGmath is a learning environment. Students, parents, and other users must use it respectfully, honestly, and safely.

  • Do not cheat in quizzes, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, abuse rewards, or interfere with challenges, leaderboards, games, or other students.
  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or post offensive, unsafe, illegal, or private content through notes, messages, profile fields, friend features, or any other interactive feature.
  • Do not scrape, copy, download in bulk, reverse engineer, attack, probe, bypass security, overload, or disrupt the website or its systems.
  • Do not use MrGmath content, accounts, courses, quizzes, games, or rewards for commercial resale, public sharing, or unauthorized tutoring groups.

Parent Dashboard and Parent PIN

Parent dashboard features are provided to help parents and guardians supervise learning activity and manage family access.

  • Keep the parent PIN private and separate from the student login password.
  • Parent access may expire or require re-verification for security.
  • If a parent PIN is forgotten, exposed, or used without permission, contact support so we can review and assist after verification.

Intellectual Property

The lessons, course structure, quizzes, games, text, graphics, interface design, videos, worksheets, badges, brand elements, and other materials on MrGmath are owned by or licensed to MrGmath.

  • Your access is for personal, non-commercial learning use only.
  • You may not copy, repost, resell, share, publish, screen-record, redistribute, or create competing materials from MrGmath content without written permission.
  • The MrGmath name, logo, page designs, course names, and brand presentation may not be used in a way that suggests approval, partnership, or ownership without permission.

User Content

Some features may let users create or submit content, including notes, tasks, messages, display names, profile information, friend interactions, answers, or learning activity.

  • You are responsible for the content submitted through your account.
  • You give MrGmath permission to host, process, display, moderate, and use that content as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.
  • We may remove content or restrict features if content is unsafe, private, offensive, illegal, misleading, abusive, or violates these terms.

Virtual Rewards and Economy

Points, XP, quiz coins, badges, streaks, levels, leaderboard ranks, store items, challenge rewards, and similar features are educational and motivational tools.

  • Virtual rewards are not money, property, stored value, or a promise of cash payment.
  • We may correct, adjust, revoke, reset, or refuse rewards when there is a technical error, suspected abuse, cheating, unfair play, unauthorized access, or system misuse.
  • Leaderboard positions and reward balances may change as activity is reviewed, corrected, or updated.

Third-Party Services

MrGmath may use third-party services and technical providers for website hosting, website platform features, checkout, payment handling, email delivery, analytics or security tools, social login, caching, and technical operations.

  • Those providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, or security rules.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose tools to support the security and reliability of MrGmath.

Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Account deletion or data requests may require verification before we act.

  • Some records may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute handling, payment records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
  • Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or private student records by email.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep MrGmath useful and available, but digital services may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, changed, or temporarily unavailable.

  • We may change features, prices, courses, packages, quizzes, events, games, rewards, eligibility rules, or access rules when needed.
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated date on this page shows the current version.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when needed to protect students, parents, MrGmath, payment integrity, or platform security.

  • Reasons may include violating these terms, sharing accounts, abusing rewards, cheating, unsafe behavior, security risk, unpaid charges, chargebacks, refunds, cancelled orders, or unauthorized use.
  • We may preserve records needed to investigate violations, protect users, comply with law, or resolve payment and account disputes.

Disclaimers and Liability

MrGmath is provided for educational support on an as-is and as-available basis.

  • We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every student or school requirement.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by Egyptian law, MrGmath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital learning services.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

  • Disputes relating to MrGmath, these terms, accounts, purchases, or digital access will be handled under Egyptian law and the competent Egyptian courts unless mandatory law provides another required forum.
